Finally a chance to sit down and write you a long overdue 'Thank You' letter on what a great job you did for us selling our Torrance home. As you'll recall, we interviewed four of the top agents in our area along with our family agent who has handled several transactions for us in the past. Hey! We just got back from a week of fishing, wake boarding, etc. too (on Bass Lake). Congrats on the awesome achievement, and good luck reaching the next goal! We always have your cards in our wallet, and are ready to refer.
Glad to hear the paint worked for you too. We did put a new closet in and paint in (blue, no more purple!) our bedroom and we tore up most of the carpet (HUGE improvement!), and have just enjoyed replacing light fixtures, plants, etc.
