Thank you so much for helping us sell our parent's house. Since my sisters and I live in other area's (San Diego, San Francisco, and Portland, Oregon) we had to be sure we hired the right realtor. I had attended high school with you ( and you were a nice guy then too!) so I knew just who to call. I was impressed with your knowledge of the area, your tremendous experience, and your caring and compassion with selling our childhood home and my parent's home for the past 60 years.

My parent's property had been neglected over the years, and we knew we would have to do some renovations and repairs on the house. We were not quite sure how to go about this, who to hire, etc. We were expecting to have to make many trips to Torrance to oversee all the work. Boy, were we relieved after our first meeting with you. You knew what the house needed, who to get estimates from, and you could oversee the work too. You would even water the plants, pick up the mail, and keep an eye on the house! You took care of everything, including hauling off the things we did not want. You kept us updated with numerous photos, emails, text messages, and phone calls. The work that was done was reasonably priced, and done well. There is no way we could have managed this renovation without your help and expertise. (My husband is an architect, and he was expecting to be up there managing the project, but never needed to , you did such a great job.) We had to make numerous decisions along the way, and we always had confidence in your recommendations.         

After quickly getting the repairs done and freshening up, our house was listed! Imagine our surprise when the house sold one month later! You patiently helped my sister in San Francisco with all the forms and escrow paperwork. It closed six weeks after the offer. Flawlessly. Wow!

I'm not sure how to thank you for doing it all! You walked us through the process, made it easy, stress free and knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house sold for the best price. You are a true professional, and managed to keep 3 sisters calm throughout the entire process. Good job, John. We are happy to recommend you to anyone considering selling or buying a home.

Finally a chance to sit down and write you a long overdue 'Thank You' letter on what a great job you did for us selling our Torrance home.  As you'll recall, we interviewed four of the top agents in our area along with our family agent who has handled several transactions for us in the past.  We selected you based on your knowledge of the area and our market, your past record of success, your eagerness to do the extra things we requested, but most importantly - your honesty, integrity and candor.

In one of the worst real estate markets in several decades you sold our home for very close to the asking price.  Moreover, you did it pretty darn quick!  Those two items stand out in our minds coupled with the fact that you sold our house the day before we left for safari in Africa and we left you with all the details to handle while we were gone.  It was, truly, A FIVE STAR PERFORMANCE!

Hey! We just got back from a week of fishing, wake boarding, etc. too (on Bass Lake). Congrats on the awesome achievement, and good luck reaching the next goal! We always have your cards in our wallet, and are ready to refer.

Glad to hear the paint worked for you too. We did put a new closet in and paint in (blue, no more purple!) our bedroom and we tore up most of the carpet (HUGE improvement!), and have just enjoyed replacing light fixtures, plants, etc.

Anyway, we will keep an open ear to anyone who might be selling and/or buying.
